$25 off our required security deposit!
the Preferred Employer program may only be used by itself and cannot be used in with another special. Applicants may select whether they want the current special or the P.E. discount whichever works better for them. 
*Security deposit will be reduced for qualified applicants with verifiable rental history and for those who qualify financially.
